I don't think so considering that it is THEM and hopefully they would want to be found, for free! that's kinda crazy....your'e missing, but for finding yourself you'd want the reward money! LOL!

Probably not. If they are missing long enough to warrant having their picture on a milk carton, then something pretty awful must be going on for them. My hope is that they would call the number on the container if they can and get the help they need.
