Best house warming party name?

We just moved into a new house and throwing a party for all our friends. Any idea?!?!?!?

Why don't you just call it a housewarming party. Generally housewarming parties don't have themes. If you want to do a theme, stick with something easy, like a hawai'ian luau or a backyard BBQ. Something easy to do that won't stress you out more than having 50 people in your new home.
