No it isn't herpes, it is from your undies rubbing the area where the hair is or if you shaved some it rubs the hair trying to grow back in and irritates it which makes it an in grown hair, just leave it alone and it will go away, or buy a different type of undies that doesn't hit that area!As far as going w/out sex-that's a decision between you & whoever your having sex with!

Doubt it. Undies can irritate you and create pimples/boils that will ooze when then pop. It is also possible for you to have irritated skin due to friction other places on your vagina (ie - new boyfriend rather large). Best to have it checked out just to be sure, though. There is a simple test that will eliminate the possibility and make you breath easier after.

do they itch really bad? do you shave? we need more information.. it might just be your underwear irritating it. try softer cotton ones, or even w/o (i go without a lot of the time, but doctors will never recommend this)
if it doesnt seem to disappear w/o underwear definately visit a doctor.
are you having sex? is there anyway you could have contracted herpes? if yes->see doctor immediately

if you are shaving - the chafing of the undies might be causing a problem. Use cotton undies, try waxing and exfoliating thereafter
