Do you just need the picture or do you mean you need to make a cake that looks like a pool table?
If tht's the case - make a rectangular cake* (9 x 12 pan is standard) Color the frosting green. Get some pre-made decoarting tube frosting from th grocery store and have a go at it.
*just make sure your oven is level or neither will you pool table cake be!

JaneB's photo is cute! But I think I'd use multicolored jawbreakers or Gobstoppers for the balls. Draw numbers on them w/ a white paint-pen.
