hawthorn berry is good for heart in fact the syrup or tincture is for the heart but.. in general here in usa blueberries are a wonderful antioxidant grapes are too and strawberries.. vit c all of them and pomegranite. tell him no fried foods forever no fats and use olive oil to cook with no mayonnaise instead use italian dressing to mix in its place. diet kind.heat attacks come from many things but clogged arteries which are clogged with fats is the culprit

You can ask your doctor but I would say almost any fruit would be all right. What are his favorites? Banana is good for potassium.

my dad did too anything organic helps because there's no chemicals you get almost anything organic at a health food store like bread eggs or fruits lke bannanas or strawberries or oranges are good for the heart

It's simple,like this answer,all fruits and vegetables.you don't even have to eat meat,you can eat beans instead.I know I'm a heart patient too.
