I have seen vegan ravioli's but have never seen vegan tortellini's. Do they exist and if so, where can I get some?

I see vegan tortellini every time I make them. As for commercially prepared? Only in a vegan restaurant about 20 years ago. I checked a few sources of 'weird' vegan items and came up blank.

If you've made your own pasta tortellini isn't that much more work (but raviollini are easier and taste the same).

BTW; raviollini are small ravioli.

Easiest place is probably local health food store, most of them now have access to some big natural food companies. They are probably your best choice. Depending where you live, check out yellow pages for health food, or natural food shop.

I think you need to make them yourself and then invite me over for dinner!
