Are you feeling anxious? These symptoms could be from a lot of different things. Anxiety and hyperventilating can cause lightheadedness and tingling extremities, as well as a fast heart rate. It would be a good idea to see your doctor for a physical to rule out other issues. You should probably have your thyroid checked also, as an imbalance can cause the symptoms you describe. Good luck.

Just went through this with my Dad. In the course of trying to find out why he was having these exact same symptoms, they did a stress test. Found out he had 4 blocked arteries. He just had quadruple bypass surgery at 7:30 this morning. PLEASE go get this checked out. It could be nothing but you never know, no matter what your age is! I will pray for you!!!!!

Could you possibly be anemic? I have had these symptoms before when I have been anemic. If you don't eat much meat or other foods rich in iron, you could be anemic. It's easy to have your hemoglobin level checked at your doctors office. It's a simple finger stick. They can prescribe some iron tablets.
I would encourage you to see a doctor.

Sounds like low blood pressure or heart palpitations. They are very common in our age group. You should definitely go to the doctor and describe your symptoms.
