Pollution, drugs. Do you live with people who use drugs: fumes. See doctor, probably medical advice would be better. It could be natural, virus or disease. Someone else will give a better answer.

There are other ways for your liver to look like that.
Hepatitis is one way.

Assuming you've actually had a biopsy, other tests, and the doctors were foolish enough not to talk to you about the results, and assuming you mean cirrhosis, some possibilities are viral hepatitis (chronic), autoimmune hepatitis, certain disorders such as a1-antitrypsin deficiency, toxins, etc.
