My friends and I were debating about that the other day, I would really like to know for sure if it does or not.

It isn't that the presence of foreskin itself is in any way a danger. It's that there is much more to clean if the foreskin is still present, because of the germs/bacteria/ejaculate/etc. that could be trapped in the folds. However, there are also studies that show that cleaning the foreskin/penis too vigorously (or too often with soap) could cause irritation and possibly infections. Studes that do seem to show a correlation between foreskin and infections don't rule out the possibility that it's just a matter of hygiene.

It's got a good number of references to studies that may be of interest to you.

In short, the answer is inconclusive at best, but hygiene is the real key.

Sort of. This has actually been proven to be true. The idea is that the bacteria and viruses that cause STD's are more likely to become trapped, spread, and multiply in someone who still has a foreskin. There is a *slightly* increased risk.

However, anyone who's having sex should be using a condom to prevent STD's, so really this should not make a difference.

I've heard having a circumsized penis and a regular one doesn't make a difference if both have good hygiene. The penis with the forehead needs to pull the foreskin back and wipe becuase there is an oily substance called SMEGMA that has an odor.

A dirty hole increases your chance of getting an STD.

Actually, when you have a turtleneck, you do run more risks as germs and bacteria can hang around under there and grow. You are more likely to develop bladder infections, or penal cancer or infections when you are uncut
You must make sure you clean very well if you are not circumsized.

Yes it sure does even to AIDS, but it appears you are older and it will be a very hard adjustment for you. So I would take my chances.

Not if you wear a condom.
Foreskin is just the skin that covers the tip of a uncircumsized penis.
