I have so many quick and easy pasta recipes. Im like rachel ray all about the 30 min meal.

One i do is a chicken alfredo. I slice chicken add to a little olive oil and cook till there is no pink left i add veggies i steamed in another pan like broccoli and califower and carrots I use Ragu Alredo sauce this is pretty good. I dump it over chicken and veggies and then toss with fetticini or angel hair.

Another one is a gulash type dish. I brown hamburger meat and add a jar of pasta sauce. I love prego tomatoe onion and garlic the best. Also i season my meat with a little italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper and dash of salt. I boil up some elbow macoroni noodles and toss all together. Some people mix in corn or peas. I usally just serve on the side with garlic bread.

Last but not least i will some times by fozen meat balls and bake them. Then boil up some mostocoli or another tube like pasta I will warm a jar of prego pasta sauce and toss with pasta then add meat balls.

These meals all are super fast and acctually pretty good especially if you add your own touches like adding some veggies to your pasta. i lvoe to add onions and some times green peppers. I mix it up all the time so they dont taste the same. Also zuchinni in some of this dishes i wonderful.

hope that helps!

I make this one..sorry i dont have proper measurements for you.
I just boil some penne pasta aldente, add my favorite pasta sauce which is usually tomato and basil from barillia. I try to add some oregano and basil to the sauce to get that packaged taste out of it. Heat the sauce and add the pasta. I then add some provolone, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Cover it in a baking pan and bake for about 25-30 mins. Bon Appetite!!

instead of eating my pasta with ordinary tomato sauce or ketchup I like to give it a twist: in a hot pan mix the tomato saus or ketchup with some sour cream (the pan has to be hot when you put these in it, but minimize the heat right after that) - usualy proportions are 1:1. and then add some herbs - basil, parsley..pour it on the pasta and some grated cheese on top is also very nice

I am doing this for a while. I am Italian too. I keep a favorite paste for me with all my faves. This is one of them:

1 16-oz package fusilli pasta
1/4 c. olive oil (or other veg. oil)
1 tablespoon capers
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 28-oz cans Roma (Italian pear-shaped) tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 small red chili pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced green olives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
freshly ground pepper
Cook and drain pasta per package directions.
Heat oil in 4- to 6-quart pot over medium-high heat.
Cook capers and garlic in oil, stirring constantly, until garlic is golden.
Stir in tomatoes and chili pepper.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in pasta, olives, and herbs.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

try this simple but awsome recipes (for me...)

first of all, boiled a desired pasta, i prefer fettuccine and penne

heat butter or olive oil, add chopped garlic, add the pasta, seasond it well, with salt and crusted black pepper, add freshly grated cheese (parmesan and or cheddar) serve it right awat.

pasta with pesto is also quick and easy, first you heat oilve oil in a pan, add the pasta, add the tablespoon of pesto, reduce the heat (to prevent the basil burned) tos it well, add parmesan, and adjust seasoning

sometimes i add sauted bacon onto it... or maybe sliced german sausage sauted with chooped onion.

enjoy....
