I am taking Cymbalta for diabetic nerve pain however I am experiencing problems having an orgasm. Is there something you can suggest to reverse this problem or is there another medication I can take instead of Cymbalta for diabetic nerve pain.

As you obviously know many of the SSNRI anti-depressants when use for any condition can inhibit sexual function and satisfaction.

The best person to ask this is of course your physician. Because if there is an alternative only he/she can change your medication.

Good luck with your concern and your nerve pain.
