So..
I read this e-book developed by natural health specialist, speaker, and writer Matt Traverso http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=549

. It asserts that you could reverse the source of diabetes in as short as 3 weeks. Even though I'm not a physicians or a scientist I don't think that diabetes can be reversed... unfortunately it's chronic disease as far as I know. That said I found this book very interesting and it gave me a different perspective on diabetes, causes and cures. I think it's worth buying it.

If you work out or don't get the proper nutrients, your body can produce something called "free radicals".Free radicals cause damage to your cells and ultimately eat away at muscle.Protein is made up of something called amino acids.Amino acids protect your body from free radicals and helps muscle grow and repair.Protein also tends to be very low in sugar and carbohydrates.A male should consume 40 grams of whey protein in the morning and 40 grams in the evening.A female should consume 20 grams of whey protein in the morning and evening. If the person is lactose intolerant, they should consume 25 grams of soy protein in the morning and 25 in the evening. However, "whey protein " protects muscle better.Try gnc 100% whey protein.WWW.GNC.COM.
