IVC (inferior vena cava) Filter?

Question

Does anyone have any illustrations of a IVC(inferior vena cava) Filter. I keep finding x-rays of it, or the actual thing, but i want an illustration of it, or even a diagram of it being placed. Please give me the link to the photo please
