No, I don't think so. Chlamydia is very common and all you have to do to get rid of it is take antibiotics, yet, so many people have it. Diseases are not going to go away. If people were more responsible, got tested, treated, and behaved responsibly, it wouldn't be a problem. Marriage or a LTR is no guarantee if you or your SO is cheating. Over 50% of married people cheat.

The day there is safe sex in the future for EVERYONE is the day pigs can fly. Your only chance is to find someone who is not a cheater, and don't be a cheater.

Who knows?
Maybes in the future we may not be able to get STIs because they could all of been cured, but that is a low chance!
There will most likely never be safe sex from pregnauntcy, except from using condoms which are 99.9% chance of protecting!

I have my own religion.
Anything that isn't illeagle isn't a sin.
You could have safe sex in the present if you find someone like me who doesn't sleep around and has no diseases.
There are some people like that in the world.
You can find one.

The whole world would have to agree that it is ok to sleep around, and i dont think that will ever happen...but maybe?? Religion, well that is a whole nother story, they are all different , so we would all have to have one religion that belives the same thing, right??
