I live in Colorado and they do just about any surgery you could imgine at the Children's hospital in Denver. They have a Wonderful Cardiac program and my son's surgeon is one of the best in the world. His name is Dr. Campbell. He has done my son's last 2 open-heart surgeries and the only reason I am living in Colorado is so he can sontinue being my son's surgeon. You can search for surgeons that perform that procedure and from what I have read you should look for a very experianced one that has done the procedure at least 100 times! This is something I found:
How do I find a surgeon who performs Ross procedures?

Your cardiologist will be your first line of information. They should know a heart surgeon who does the Ross procedure or know a surgeon to recommend. Additional information can be found on the internet. Doing a lot of research will benefit you in your selection. You should look for a surgeon who has performed at least 100 Ross procedures and a hospital that performs 300-500 open heart operations per year. The mortality rate for the Ross procedure should be less than 5%
