Your going to have to take a good look at what's going on in your life inc. within your relationships to interpret your dream better.
Your at the height perhaps in resolving something important here and your mind's trying to alert you in some way in dealing with whatever it is that could be stressing you out on some level. Always listen to your dreams....they can offer support wether it's a warning, answers to life's challenges, and even spiritual messages occassionally. Keep a dream journal too. Yeah you should get tested for HIV. HIV can transcend the dream barrier with a transmission odd of 0.000000000000001%. But accidents do happen, so better get tested. No matter how small the odds, you should get tested cos we're talkin about your life here.

i'm not sure what it means, but it happened in my country. this guy drew his hiv positive blood in a syringe and went around sticking people, mostly kids with it. it was really sad....and crazy

People have a lot of weird dreams that usually doesn't mean anything. Could be something you ate before you went to bed, could be something you saw on t.v. before you went to bed, who knows. But just keep our eyes open.
