Are you a coeliac? You can get gluten free breads and pastas in most supermarkets. Corn and rice pasta is very nice and Terrance Stamp does a range of gluten-free bread !!! Sainsbury's well-being aisle has a lot of gluten-free goodies that you might like !!

I can't take any wheat orducts but the main source is gluten which is heavily related to wheat. We are referred to as being a coeliac

What's the question? There are tons of foods that do not have wheat. Please elaborate : )
