Tapas Bar in La Pobla de Vallbone, Valencia, go there on Sundays and spend the whole afternoon there - fantastic!

Barcelona or Valencia. But watch out for the touristy places (Las Ramblas in Barcelona, for example) - look for something on a smaller, less known street that only locals would visit.
