First of all there is no pain, no itchyness, and no burning when i pee. The tip of my penis is all red. Also there are small white spots on the top of the crown. And the tip is more rinckly/rough than it used to be. Sometimes it looks completely normal please help!!

just a rash you were maybe to rough with it or doing it to much leave it alone for a little while

It sounds as though you have "pearly penile papules": multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10% of all men are affected. Sounds like it could be either an infection or you are allergic to something. Either case you will need to see the doctor and rule out infection of the urinary tract or other causes. Good luck!
