Okay.. so, this is /really/ embarassing, and very sickening (in fact, I did throw up). but I feel the need to ask, just to be sure.

our girl dog is in season, so naturally our boy has been going crazy, and humping everything in sight

i was asleep (no panties like always, because of the one tyra episode where they said its not good to wear them to bed), and woke up to our dog raping me (my guess is he was just doing his usual humping thing, but "slipped in" by accident). SO EMBARASSING, and so sickening!!!!! he is such a large dog, and i'm a rather petite girl so couldn't get him off in time. he... "finished".

is this something to really worry about, or will nothing come from it except disturbing memories?

the dogs are indoors, therefore are free to sleep on the beds with us if they wish.

and some of you are /very. rude. i would definetely never purposely have sex with a dog! EW

Not really unless he has rabies or Ebola which i highly daught he has. There is no risk of pregnancy since it takes a certain number of chromosomes and so on. The only thing is staph infections might be somewhat of a worry but not to much. if you are serious concerned you should contact your GP or OB/GYN. Yes i am a male but i also know a lot about sexual health and veterinary medicine, and seeing as no one is probably on at midnight. But good luck and don't stress too much. PS- think about getting the female spayed it reduces the chance of her getting some types of cancers. Also i believe you i know someone that was raped by a dog, male dogs are weird what is to be said?

There is nothing to worry about, unless you enjoyed it, and are considering initiating it.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, what was the dog doing in bed with you in the first place?

If you think that I was being rude, you missed the mix of disbelief and sarcasm above, and, if you really want rude, read the response in The Stranger.

definitely not something a girl would ever say...ever.... and i think you would know if the dog even got on ur bed, much less slipped one in (if you really are a girl and not a weird guy)

and anyway, is there a legitimate question in here? its a different species and im thinkin you probably wont get pregnant....

sorry just seems unlikely

and p.s. responding to ur edit... its called beastiality and there are a lot of ****** up people who are ok with this. i dont mean to be rude but its weird and if this is a true story i am sorry

I don't want to be mean but, I think others are being a bit rude because it is very difficult to believe. Anyways..I hope your health is fine and I would definately suggest wearing panties to bed or maybe a blanket. As icky as it is...talk to your gyno about it - just in case! Take care!

Probably nothing will come of it.. However, I would go get an anual check up and get monistat (the 7 day).. AND, don't tell anyone else ever again. Good Luck

Dan Savage, the advice columnist in Seattle's paper, wrote a whole column on this. http://www.thestranger.com/seattle/SavageLove?oid=22339.

the usual advice---- go see a doctor and tell them what happened, then seek professional help, I can't see this as being healthy mentally or physically.
