You can learn sign language if you have control with your hands. Again, if the hands work, you could use a computer as your voice. There is a machine for people that have lost their voice box due to cancer, I'm not sure if it would work for a stroke victim, but you might ask your doc. A support group also may offer ideas to help you communicate. God bless you.

Do you know sign language? OR write everything you need on a notebook.
