Some months ago I got angry very much and I had palpitations, then it was ok, but I had them again from time to time. But that did not bother me that much.

And a few weeks ago they went away suddenly and I got angry again and they started again.

What happened to my heart?

Your palpitations appear to be triggered by an emotive outburst. This causes a rush of adrenaline into your system which will cause palpitations. On the off chance you have hypertension or other coronary problems consult your doctor.

A simple blood test will reveal thyroid or blood salt (etc.) disturbances and an ECG (chest leads read heart's electrical signal) will reveal abnormal conduction pathways in the wiring.
All of these can be readily taken care of.
I accept your question is leaning towards a more emotional answer in the direction of having acquired a post stress symptom, but there's nothing wrong with playing it safe.
The two can be linked in that situations which cause adrenaline discharge can reveal physical pathology by making the heart work harder.

I suffer with this when I'm particularly stressed out and/or tired. It passes after a week or so - particularly bad at night in bed.
As I said, mine passes, but it might be worth getting yours checked out with your GP. I think they can put you on one of those heart monitor thingys and see if it's all okay - quite a simple procedure that the nurse does.

Control you temper since it triggers these episodes. EVERYTHING can be handled with angry being involved. Just remember.....people don't make you angry......YOU let them.
Good luck. Pops
