A salade chevre chaud:
lettuce, tomatoes and then as for the "chevre chaud", cut a baguette into 1/4 inch rounds and do the same with a block of goat cheese. Put the cheese onto the bread slices and broil them until bubbly. Add to the salad. Salt pepper and a dressing of olive oil, lemon and dijon mustard. YUM

A salad with blue cheese and Russian dressing. Big cup of chili with cheddar cheese on top. A chocolate chip macadamia cookie. Oh, yeah. Diet coke (trying to watch my weight. LOL).

Haven't yet had lunch - - it's just 12:05 and I'm still sipping breakfast coffee.
Probably will make turkey roll-ups: tortilla, spread with a little cream cheese, layered with roast turkey, then a spear of pickle. Roll up, and nibble. Yum.
It's really cold here so I'll snork around the cupboards for a tin of soup to heat up.
Enjoy!

Turkey Wrap

1 Mission spinach wrap tortilla
2 slices turkey
handful of mixed salad greens
bit of shredded cheese
drizzle of poppyseed dressing

roll it up, slice it in half, handy lunch ready to go. Also easy to eat in the car, which was me today.
