This is a strange question. Do you have an actual recipe that you want to try? If so, it will list the spices you need. For example this is a recipe for Spicy Moroccan Meatballs:

2 onions, peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
680 g passatta
1 small cinnamon stick
1 tsp caster sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch ground allspice
500 g pack lamb mince
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Grated zest ½ lemon

As you can see the spices are identified - cinnamon, cumin, coriander, cayenne, allspice - and they are all available in any supermarket. What does your recipe ask for?

Nicolson Square Edinburgh is the best you'll get. Also King Street in Aberdeen.
