A friend of mine recently had a 1 nite stand w/ a guy from work. she hadn't had sex in over 3 years, and was healthy. come to find out another girl from work was seeing this guy too, and now has found out she has ghonorea and chlamydia, my friend got tested too, and has chlamydia too! At the clinic they were to give her 1000 mg dose of Zythromycin, but her family Dr. gave her a Zpac to take over 5 days, will this work? also, can you transfer chlamydia through oral sex?

The Zpac is a type of antibiotice, and so is Zythromycin. If your friend takes it as her doctor prescribed, she should be fine. However, if she feels like her sypmtoms haven't cleared she should go back to her doctor. Well she should have a follow up anyway after completing her meds!

Also, you can transmit STDs from oral, anal, and vaginal sex!!!!
