Yes, you can get HIV (which can progress to AIDS) from unprotected oral sex. In many cases, the risk is thought to be lower than for other forms of unprotected sex such as vaginal intercourse and anal sex. HIV/AIDS can be transmitted through an exchange of bodily fluids as answered above. Therefore, you can get any STD from oral, anal, and vaginal sex...Needle sharing, a mother can pass it to her baby through breast milk (it is possible that an HIV+ mother can give birth to a healthy baby, ONLY if she and her doctor take neccessary precautions)!
Anyone who tells you different, is uneducated and should educate themselves to prevent being a statistic!!!
