It's all in mindset. Face your fears and show yourself that they are unfounded. 98% of the things we fear the most, NEVER HAPPEN.

Depends whats spooking you!!! I know sometimes I get spooked at noises at night when I am home alone (hubby works the night shift) so usually I just exhaust myself completely so that when I go to bed I usually fall right asleep before i have time to obsess over every little noise.

Hi Curious John

I don't know what you afraid of but at night i usually watch a comedy that makes me forget about scary things... something that will make your tummy hurt from all the laughing.

Good Luck

Live with it. I sleep with my covers over my head every night because I am a proud believe of scary night monsters.
Just kidding.
If it's the dark, slide your covers over your head, leaving your mouth or nose out to breathe. You'll kick it off sooner or later when you're asleep anyhow. Or close your eyes and pretend your teddy bear's fighting off those shadows for you. xD

Think about everything good about that day and think about things that make you happy try to occupy your mind and you won't think about the things that scare you at night. It might be psychological and when you lay down you think about the things that scare you so try not to think about all of the scary things.

Look I can only tell you what worked for me. I used to have nightmares at age 8 that my room was on fire. I said out loud (I don't think I even believed in God): 'Please don't let me have any more nightmares'. They stopped.

Now that I believe in God I realise He answered that prayer.

God is in control so make sure you are on His side and then don't worry about anything.

HI, Please first start concentrating who you are originally... where you came from... what was there before the earth was not here.. what is different in this world that is different from you.. what makes you afraid... the air, the atoms or you just yourself..
