Dreams is defined in Webster's Dictionary as a "sequence of sensations, images, thoughts, etc., passing through a sleeping person's mind" . Dreams have been a topic of study dating back to 4000 B.C. One may say that dreams have been around as long as the first civilization came to be and are just a normal part of human existence.

The repetitive patterns in your dream can reveal some of the most valuable information on yourself. It may point to a conflict, situation or matter in your waking life that remains unresolved or unsettled. Or some urgent underlying message in your unconscious is demanding to be understood.

Sometimes, a dream can be what you want to happen or what is going to happen. It can sometimes just be a wild imagination or a worry/fear of something. I dont think excessive dreaming is anything to worry about, but if its bad and you are unable to sleep because the dreams are so worrying, you should see a proffessional or just relax before you go to bed. Have a bath with some lavendar oil and listen to some calming music.

So do I, the more you question your dreams the more you will be aware you are dreaming and the more you remember. I analyze them and find them helpful so I dream every night, morning sometimes when having a nap. Every night is an adventure a new place to go Ive been engaged to elle Mcpherson and Miss universe played backgammon with madonna, repelled an alien invasion been flying so many times and the list goes on, its hollywood in your head but you are the star

Maybe having a few vivid dreams started a subconscious effort to remember them better, so now they're always vivid. I find that when I start keeping a dream journal and actually trying to remember my dreams, I remember more of my dreams with greater detail than at any other time. If you enjoy the dreams you're having, try writing them in a journal.

Don't eat, smoke or drink so late before bed. Dreams occur before you really rest (quality sleep). If other body parts are awake (stomach, intestines, ect) you just can't get there from here....so you dream and dream and dream. Also, Don't make it a habit of oversleeping...feels good once in a while...but make it a habit and then you can't sleep but always feel tired.
Are the dreams any good? Scarey? get up and write about them! Be the next Stephen King! That man can't live forever.

Dreams are quite healthy, do not worry about it. DO these dreams occur in the day, when you first settle to sleep or just before you wake in the morning? Try keeping a dream diary and noting when, where and how long they occur. Keep a notebook and a watch by your bed. Try searching for information on sleep or dreaming online

We all dream excessively every night, but we don't always remember them. Some people remember all of their dreams. it just depends on the person, but it is completely normal
