i don't tend to be an over eater.. but my tip for you would be.. before you start eating those high calorie foods.. think a mintue before you start eating..

think.. would i rather weigh less.. and be more healthy and happy.. or would i rather eat all this high calorie food???? i imagine you would rather weigh less and be more healthy.. so maybe cut the meal in half.. and then do a little extra exercise..

good luck.. :)

I have occasionally had overeating in my life. Generally no, but about once or twice every couple of years something goes awry.

At those times I turn to OTC dexatrim. One in the AM, one in the PM. This helps me to help myself. I know I just can't do it on will power alone. After a week or so of dexa. I get back to normal and go on about my tofutti ways.

Good luck, it's never a bad idea to get some professional help.

FYI. Dexatrim has been an OTC diet supplement for over 20 years. There is a reason it has survived the fickle market.

Try to find healthy foods that are low in calorie that you think could take the place of high calorie foods. And try to have atleast one day a week when you allow yourself to eat whatever you want so you wount be as tempted during the rest of week. Fruit is very good. Popcorn without alot of butter also is a good snack.Oh yeah. Drinking lots of water will make you feel full so you wont want to eat.

You must control the urge to eat. Me too, was an overweight boy, but with self control and exercise, I am kinda fit.

I know, that sometimes, you just wanna eat something really good and then, before you know it....you're eating LOTS!!

Well, all I can say is STRICT, HARDCORE AND willed self control...^_^
