How about a responsorial psalm?
The psalm for Friday is Psalm 85:
Leader: Kindness and truth shall meet.
All: Kindness and truth shall meet.
Leader:
Show us, O LORD, your mercy,
and grant us your salvation.
Near indeed is his salvation to those who fear him,
glory dwelling in our land.
All: Kindness and truth shall meet.
Leader:
Kindness and truth shall meet;
justice and peace shall kiss.
Truth shall spring out of the earth,
and justice shall look down from heaven.
All: Kindness and truth shall meet.
Leader:
The LORD himself will give his benefits;
our land shall yield its increase.
Justice shall walk before him,
and salvation, along the way of his steps.
All: Kindness and truth shall meet.
With love in Christ.

Sorry but you really don't need others to give you a prayer. Just speak from your heart. God knows what you and everyone else needs before you ask Him. If you are worried that you may stumble and forget what to pray for that would just be nerves. Make a few notes for yourself then let the Holy Spirit speak through you. You will be impressed by what He can say through you.
Remember you don't need faith in yourself, you need faith in God. He will never let you down.
God Bless, and remember to trust.

Pink girl, the Bible is full of prayers but they are there merely to give us a guide as to what subject matter can be covered in our prayers. Also, they help to encourage us as to how God lovingly answers prayers.
Prayers however should be straight from your heart. You should not say prayers by rote. God is not impressed with lofty language or bombastic speech. Pour out your heart to him. Use the Lord's prayer as a guide- it helps us to see what our primary concerns ought to be. But do not repeat the prayers of someone else. That prayer will not be from your heart. God wants to know what is in YOUR heart.

You should qualify that question based on the faith. Christian? What type? Heathen? What type? Pagan? What type? It's very confusing when someone doesn't say which faith they are referring to in their question as we do have all types on this board.
In any event, I think the goal of all paths is for a prayer to come straight from the heart. Write your own prayer and make your God(s) and/or Goddess(es) happy you connect with the divine in that special way.

Pray from your heart. There is no set way to pray. If you need help in prayer that means your prayer life is in need of improving.

I believe God answers the brief-childlike prayers that acknowledge our belief in His strength, power, mercy and love for us the fastest, ie,
Dear God, Anything You have done, You can do now.
Anything You have done anywhere else, You can do here.
Anything you have done for anyone else, You can do for me-us.

God is listening to every thought you have so the lines are open and God knows your wants and needs. There is never a time that you are not connected.

Most Holy Trinity I adore you and I love you I believe in you I hope in you and I trust in you, I beg pardon for those who do not believe ,adore, love, hope and trust in you.
Eternal Father, I offer you the most precious blood of your Divine Son Jesus, for all the Holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal Church and sinners in my own family.

Our Father in Heaven,
let your holy name be known,
let your kingdom come,
and your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today the bread that we need,
and forgive us our wrongs,
as we forgive those
who have done wrong to us.
Do not lead us into trial,
but save us from evil.

nicely...in case you search for suggestion from from God...he listens. it would not must be lengthy or fancy...in order that long as your praying...he hears it...and picture...if he has everybody on earth praying to him...then perchance shorter is ideal...yet obviously it shouldn't lack substance
