Which is a better method enzyme immuno assay or the chemiluminiscence assay ?

The major advantage of chemiluminescence is increased low end sensitivity. For qualitative determinations, both methods are probably adequate, but I greatly prefer CL over EIA when quantitative analysis is needed.

Enzyme immuno assays cost lot more.
