Is this from alopecia?
You can't put yourself down if you look different because of a medical condition. What you have to learn is to live with what you have left. Oprah did a big makeover on 4 alopecia teens and she said that the best makeup tool is selfconfidence.
If it really bothers you, and is going to be permanent, have you considered having a lash line tattooed on? The advances in cosmetic tattooing make this a really easy procedure now, done at reputable salons.

you could try a growth stimulant. a lot of people are sceptical about these, but others have had good results. there are several but the only ones i can think of now are Mavala, Talika and Jan Marini. I'm using the Jan marini one and it seems to have helped grow mine - I had some fall out of one eye after an eyelash curler accident.
Don't worry, go to your doctor too and see if they can help. Good luck!

Don't worry about the lashes. focus on eyeliner techniques. Some clever eyeliner and a streak of color can look cool (don't go extreme like a goth but study that look and go a little less intense) To be honest, some peoples lashes look invisible anyway. Their eyes look good because their makeup draws attention to the beautiful color and shape. You just notice it more because they're missing now. Like any flaw you perceive, you are your worst critic. You probably look gorgeous!

I never heard of anyones eyelashes falling out, maybe you should see a doctor and find out why they fell out in the first place. Also you shouldnt care what others think about the way you look..

SuzieQ's right.
if it just happened and you don't know why it happened , you need to go see your doctor. it's a medical condition.
your insurance (or your parents') might pay for an eyelash transfer (transfer hair from your scalp to your lashes). if it is alopecia areata (or a form of it) it might not last as long as most peoples'.

Vaseline or olive oil rubbed on the eyelid just before you go to be will help nourish the follicles and encourage growth. I would however get the cause checked out by your GP.

I don't know where you are from, but Gail Porter is the patron of the alopecia website in the UK. Do google it and you can ask for help. If there is anything, they'll tell you.
All the best.
