The 13th Wedding anniversary is traditionally the 'lace' anniversary and is often thought of as textiles now. A nice gift might be embroidered bed linen or a towel set - something nicer than they would buy themselves - go for plain, netural colours, whites, creams and beiges.

Being a tridecaphobe, I am not sure I would like to celbrate my 13th anniversary. I am over half way there.

You could go with the traditional or...
send the kids off to the grandparents, light some candles, chill the champagne and have steamed lobster with drawn butter.
A blanket on the floor and....

The 13th anniversary is lace, so maybe some bedlinen with the couples name on them or perhaps some lace tablecloth and napkins.
