So when no sexual tension is on the air, and no "animalic senses" are activated, and no lonelyness, need to be supported, or some other usual social needs are present, and you steel want desperatelly to be with that person ans share moments with he or her, may be the real one :0)

if you find yourself saying or doing things that you normally would not say or do just to be on the same page as this person then you are desprate and just trying to fit into thier lives

what would you be desperate for? I think if you like someone you'll be thinking about that person quite a lot, and if you don't and just like to have fun with them once in a while, then you will think about them at times...
