I am not trying to sound mean but if you kissed a guy you've only known for an hour he will call you if he is looking for a booty call.
Kissing someone you've only known for an hour doesn't seem to be like a very good decision and I'd think that most men would think it means you're easy.

he might really call u for a date, who knows, but next time try to not make out with him the same day u meet the guy cause it reduces your chances of seeing him again.

first i have to say you broke a few of the dating rules...
I think you like him more than he likes you.Give him a day or two and when he does not respong it will be up to you to call him up.....and slow down the process a bit
