What specific meaning do you mean by "get cold feet?" If someone gets cold feet ( it's an idiomatic expression), that, refers to being nervous or scared to do something. But if you refer to the literal meaning of cold feet then I suggest you go and have foot reflexology. It is really good for blood circulation and detecting health problems. Foot reflexology is very common in my country and it's a cheap way of staying healthy.

Cold feet usually is a lack of circulation. Try going to bed with 'bedsocks' on, and you'll find your feet warm up even during the day.

In some way, you lack confidence. You need to consciously build your confidence. It takes time but you can do it.
I assume you are talking about something like public speaking and not leaving some1 at the altar? People who leave others at the altar suck!! If that's what you mean, I'd suggest you seek professional help just so that you can get to the bottom of your issue. It will save you a lot of misery down the line.
