help reduce my breast?

well i have size 36, and rest all gud... suggest some excercise or anyways to reduce them... iam 20

Breast reduction surgery is the only way to go.

Go to Nordstroms or JCPenney (not victoria secret or fredericks) and get properly sized. 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra.
