I've done it a few times, and discovered it's not for me. Depends on your personality - if you're bubbly and believe you can get yourself across in 2/3 minutes then go for it. You get a real high at the time, but then if no-one's interested afterwards you feel really deflated.

I have been on a speed dating twice.....it was a good laugh but also a waste of time....believe me 3 minutes with an idiot or an arrogant can seem endless. Go for it but don't expect anything more than a laugh.

Yeah I got a good one...
When travelling me and other guys got roped into ti. turned out all the girls were japanese language students who good not speak english that well as er students and all been told apparently they liked surfing when did not have a clue and would need rescuing if tried.
Can you imagine how hard it is to talk fast and understand somone when there are lauguage problems?
Not exactly their leaders/teachers brightest of ideas.

My friend did speed dating, she met the man of her dreams, they were married in November. They are so right for each other too!

per hap.s I'm not the right age ;over 50.but i went once ;for a bit of fun.it.s amazing how many woman. are out there; and all of diff age group.s try it it.s great fun.
