After sleep, it's become better however it worsens in the afternoon till now.

Much More concentrated on the stomach
The rest is spread out all over the body.
I can find some on my right hand arm at the joints too.
It looks like mosquito bites which I'm sure it isn't and very itchy.

I am scared to death cause I suspect I have dengue fever.
I read the symptoms from wikipedia:
- and firstly I had a headache last night (and I thought it was from playing games. After 30mins of rest I recovered)
- I often have fever which I can't be bothered with. Sometimes I didnt even know if i have one.
- I dont think I have any muscle or joint pains.

Can someone tell me if it's a dengue?
If it's not, anyone knows what it is and what I should do bout it?

Currently, I apply some cream on my body

Thanks in advance........

I think you should ring your local Health Centre and explain your symptoms. It sounds as though you need advice from professionals. If you aren't registered with a practice, do a website search for your area to find the number of the health centre nearest you home. I would stop applying the cream too. Get well soon! By the way, if you had dengue fever, you would feel like you were dying and you would have a very high fever. I don't think you would feel like sitting at your PC!

It sounds like hives, a miserable reaction to an allergen, and less commonly, stress. An over-the-counter antihistamine such as Benadryl can ease the discomfort, but the effects are short lived.

Your best bet is to see your doctor. If you do indeed have hives, he can give you an injection of benadryl which will relieve your symptoms immediately and provide you with sustained relief. I've been down this road many times, and I've found that I usually only need one injection to end the outbreak.

You'll also want to find the source of the problem, so think back to when this began and consider any new foods you've eaten, new products you've tried...in other words, what have you done differently? That's probably the cause. Eliminate it, and your problems should end. If not, keep trying with other things.

If it isn't hives, you still need to find out what the problem is. Before you do anything else, you really need to see your doctor. No one here is qualified to advise you.

There are so many things that it could be, that you'd better see a Doctor. You don't mention whether you have an animal.
Could be bites, meningitis, allergic reaction, nettle rash, chicken pox, I'm sure a Doctor could narrow it down for you. I'd love to know what it turns out to be as I'm a nosey Parker.
Good luck.

It sounds like hives. They're caused by an allergic reaction. Maybe you should see a doctor.

Could be scabies if it itches like hell...
This can be treated quite quickly with a specific cream that kills the mites.
Go to a doctor, quick!

It could be a virus. I had a virus once which gave me a rash similar to what you describe. I'd see the doctor to make sure.
