I never heard about the handgun. I'd use the word 1st in the meaning of sour and 2nd in the meaning of angry.

s in the beginning of the word and when a vocal follows is pronounced like Z in zero, not like s in sour. Besides that it is pronounced more or less like sour, only at the end it sounds like -ah more then -ar.

"Sour" is more or less correct. You're going to do a very, very slight guttural stop between the 'so' and 'ur' and put the emphasis on the first part.
