Thinking about beginning one but not sure if anyone else feels the need to discuss and unite with others.

I think it's an awesome idea; the families of paramedics/firefighters/police officers face a lot of unique stresses and a support group sounds like it could really help.

Why??? My woman could care less about what i do. Its my career not hers. If I see a burning child or someone who had their head decapitated, it isn't going to make her lose sleep! Your club will fade and fall to the wayside. Sorry, but support groups are like any others, it consumes time and makes no $$$.

That would be a good idea if they do. That would give the group members, as a result many families, safety precaution advises.
