Well, ive just looked on the packet of tea i have in my desk drawer and there is 1 calorie per 100ml. SO i would say a MUG of tea has 3 calories in it and add 10 calories for the semi skimmed milk.

Tea is only healthy on its own. Its what you add. Like coffee, good stuff. Add whatever the hell they mutilate it with and its 1000 calories! Plain Coffee has 0! Milk is healthy, just don't have to much. Skimmed milk is good too! A splash is fine of either. Really, your only calories will come from the sugar. The box will tell you how much that is. 3 and a half is fine if you don't drink more than twice a day, and you eat healthy. Your brain needs sugar, and a little sugar helps you get the full benefits you can absorb from tea. It makes the tea yummy syrupy too :)

True, few calories, BUT It has recently been discovered that adding milk to tea causes the loss of the antioxidant and other health benefits available in non-milk tea. Tea has many health benefits including help fighting off cancerous cells and it would be a shame to lose all that just for a little skim milk. Please try to like it plain or even with honey would be better.

1.1 oz of skim milk is 11 calories, 0.1g of fat and 1.1g of protein.

8 oz is generally one serving.
