Undergraduate college= Associates degress, No bachlors Certificate- Just below a degree Diploma- Not much different from a certificate

If the pieces of paper are from two different courses, it's probably not possible to equate them.
However, if they're from the same place, the diploma should be worth more.
At my uni, you can get a Certificate of Higher Education after one year of study, and a Diploma of Higher Education after 2 years.

a diploma is usually one level up from a certificate in most educational establishments in the uk (unless a fly by night organisation.)

dipolma is identifying more with your academic achievements whereas a certificate is just achievements. also their is a big difference in the salary cut also.
