hi if you make a slit down the inside of each leg where the slack is, and then ease back the skin till it parts from the chest bone and do the same the other side then pull it over the legs, and then continue up the body til you clear it of the skin, of the wings, it should peel straight off the bird for you. but if you keep a pot of water so you can keep rinsing your hands then it won`t be so slippery. good luck.

With great difficulty I would imagine! It is true though, if you don't fat from the skin of the chicken will seep into the meat as it is cooking and increase the overall kcal content of the meat.

I think roasting will be the biggest problem so perhaps cook it with herbs wrapped in tin foil. Then it will maintain moisture otherwise it will end up really dried out in the oven.

I would use a very sharp knife to seperate the skin from the chicken. Run the knife under the skin and then score the bits which are attacked near the legs.

If you pull on the skin it will pull off of the chicken and leave the meat intact. Are you going to cook it whole? Do you need instructions how to cut it up and cook it?

Well, its the fats thats unhealthy, just slit the chicken fron the breast and slowly cut and pull the skin from its meat, don't throw away the skin, you can deep fry until its crispy and serve it with beer to our friends, its a very very popular dish amongst my beer drinking friends.

The fat will liquefy into the broth of the soup. Without it you will have a horrible tasting soup. The negative effect is that you are still getting the saturated fat even if you throw the skin away.
