I just had a major workout at the gym, and i know im going to be hurt tomorrow. What is the best thing to do to prevent muscles akes

usually stretch afterward
another good way is depending on what bodypard you did....do 1 set of 100 repetitions with a isolation exercise.....this will get the blood flowing to that muscle group and you wont be as sore the next day
an example of this might be doing 100 flyes at the end of a chest workout

Good for you.
If you were a top class sportsman you would be placed in a bathful of ice cold water as this has been proven to speed the recovery of injuries, aches, pains etc.
However like the vast majority you are going to suffer from DOMS(delayed onset of muscle soreness). Stretching is vital after a good workout but will not prevent DOMS,if you can get an ice pack this will help the ache but try and keep the part of the body that aches moving.Other than that over a period of time the body gets more accustomed and will not ache as much.

Stetch before AND after exercise. A hot bath may help too.
