A 45 year old can do the exact same things that an 18 year old can do, but probably not at the sames speeds. You can do anything you put your mind to.

Well let's see what a 57 year old person can do. Weightlifting - twice a week with press up bench including fifty 45 lb lifts; fast walking - 6 days a week; sex around 3 times a week; all car maintenance on two 4x4s; all house maintenance. Get a life, I was on the school soccer team the day you were born!

I did not notice any major changes in my lifestyle once I was 45. Perhaps I could not run as fast but thats not imortant. Life is good after 40 and again after 50.
I exercise 4-5 times a week, maintain my weight, eat healthy and love sex.
You will havde a better understanding once you get past 40 years old.

This all depends on the fitness and mental agility of the 45 year old in question. Should be almost anything providing they are fit and agile, if not then take up some form of exercise (pilates) and for the brain - mental exercises such as crosswords or sudoku every day.

Same things as a 25 year old just more gently and more slowly with a better warm up and cool down.

Whatever you can tolerate really without hurting yourself. If you are in fairly good shape, your could jog, bike, hike, swim, etc. It is always good to integrate weight lifting into your routine. Good luck and take it easy.
