What treatment for Abnormal teeth [Narrow V shaped, missing etc]?

I'm 16 From the Xrays, i have one more baby molar left. i'm in the dental centre queue for braces [being subsidized].my case is complicated and ex.

of the four adult front teeth, three are abnormal. meaning they look pretty much like vipers. V U V V is what you'll see, only not that sharp. i'm conscious of that. also i have four or five missing tooth, mainly molars. the baby molar is grossly misaligned and has some kind disease in my opinion. it always bleeds. brushing is tough. i tried asking dentists and endo to extract it but they said it's all right to leave it there. now, the molar on the other side at the same upper part of my mouth is starting to be misaligned.

I'm to have two more wisdom teeth to erupt but only half has came out. how long will it take to fully erupt? it's slanted.

there'll be a mal and endo working on my teeth. braces, implants, bridges, veneers, caps are what i've heard from dentists and them.

what is the best treatment? really conscious and seldom smile.

yeah i know they are great because afterall, i'm visiting them at the National Dental Centre. It's public but it's still very good, if not better. i don't dare to do it outside because my case is quite rare. I've on-off gum disease, which i'm really trying to combat. i don't know how to floss molars etc. and yeah i know i'll follow their planned treatment for i do not know anything else! thanks for the answer i'll wait around for more!

It sounds like you have some congenitive problems that just aren't your fault. It also sounds like you have an excellent team of Dentist, Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons working on your case, more than you realize. You are probably what most dentist refer to as "the case of a lifetime". Meaning: This is the one they went to school and studied so hard for, and the one to be the most proud of when they are finished with treatment. You can be assured, they have "dentist friends" of theirs that have seen your photos and treatment plan. They have a lot of people giving their expertise to them on your behalf. If you don't believe me, just ask one of them.

So back to your question of treatment. You are in good hands right now, follow their treatment. Do exactly what they suggest and take care of the teeth you have right now. They are going to use every one of those teeth to give you a fantastic smile, so keep them brushed and flossed till they move them around or put crowns, bridges or veneers on them. It's hard to use them if they are in bad shape due to decay. Some dentist will question the care of the finished product after their hard work, if your not taking care of them now. So your part is in keeping them clean and flossed. Put your trust in those who are helping you right now. Good luck!
