It's Latin. of which Spanish is a modern form.

"Stop! In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, tell me who you are and for what reason you have come."

sta! In nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti, dic mihi qui sis et quam causam veneris

"Stand! In name of the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit. Tell me who are you and why you came here"

should be "et Spiritus Sancti" not er Spiritus Sancti

Its Latin. I believe I've heard this from one of the exorcism movies, not quite sure which one.

It's Latin. "In nomine Patris et Filii er Spiritus Sancti" means "in the name of the father, and of the son, and of the holy spirit." Not sure of the rest though!
