My options are Peru, Bermuda, Spain or Switzerland.

Well, it really depends what you want to see and experience.

In none of these countries, you will find the typical Spring Break "high life" with alcohol and parties (in Spain you would, but probably not in March).

Bermuda is a place for pensioners, not much to see, very calm life, a lot forbidden. Peru could be an experience, getting to know life in the high-levelled mountain areas and the previous culture.

Spain is a fairly huge country with different parts and some almost independent islands.

Switzerland definitely would be the place to see and do the most, in a small area - but for that the weather is a bit unsure in March.

Well, if it's crowds you want. Hong Kong Lush beache, try
Florida or surfers paradise, Australia. Sheer countryside
beauty, Devonshire. Sking the alps. Shopping, New York
A week in a gypsy stye horse drawn caravan Eire Hustle and
bustle, try London, unfortunately with the amount of illegal
immigrants running around, you are liable to get mugged or
robbed or both! Hope this helps in some small way, We only have a very small bungalow, or i would invite you here!
