Hey you have already vomited the 'M' .I would suggest nothing sweet but some lime juice in water should be fine.

There is no quick solution for the effects of alcohol, though vomiting does help. Your body is trying to get rid of excess toxins that it cannot break down.
Keep yourself hydrated with water. Soda may work for you, the bubbles may help with the dizzy feeling. The water will also assist in giving your stomach more ammunition to throw up.
If you have to work today...think about calling in sick. If you are still in this condition after a night of drinking, you are still legally drunk (in most cases). No need for a DUI or an accident.

A bite of the dog that bit you will get rid of the hangover. My choice is a Bloody Mary.

Water will only make you feel more drunk. Try a drink with carbonation or a soothing tea such as chamomille. Some ppl swear by milk but i tried that once and it curdled in my stomach and only made me more sick. I've also heard that sucking down a raw egg helps. Something to do with the protein I think.

Now that u have vomited, u need to re hydrate yourself. Water, limited amount of Gatorade drink to get electrolytes back in your system. Take a acetaminophen for the headache... and now that you got drunk. Next time use common sense and moderation. No need to get sloppy drunk.

If u want to stop vomiting, phenegran suppositories will do the trick.
